What a call costs
The call is the same at 2 p.m. and at 2 a.m., on a weekday or a Sunday, at every hour we staff. If you approve the repair, it comes off.
Any weekday
May – September
Or a holiday
Overnight is the on-call technician, May through September, based on capacity. The service call covers the trip, the testing and a written repair price. It doesn't cover the repair itself or a price for a new system.
A sample
Each part and each hour on its own line, so nothing hides in a total. This is an example: yours has your own parts and labor.
A run capacitor that failed after a storm. The service call is credited.
A sample for illustration, not a price for your system. The written price holds for 30 days.
What moves it
The service call never changes. The repair price depends on these.
A capacitor and a compressor are different repairs.
The type, and how much the system needs.
Older units can mean longer waits for parts.
Roof and attic units take more time to reach.
A problem that comes and goes takes longer to catch.
One flat fee, the same at 2 p.m. and at 2 a.m. during the hours we staff. It covers the trip, the testing and a written repair price. If you approve the repair at the visit, the service call comes off it. If you say no, you owe the service call and nothing more.
Not for the service call: it's one fee at every hour we staff, with no night or weekend surcharge. The repair itself is priced in writing before work starts, at the same labor rate at any hour.
You owe the service call and nothing more. You keep the written price, and you can take it to another firm.
Call, and dispatch will tell you the service call, the same at any hour we staff.
