About
Eloy Caceres started the company with a van and a notebook, and a rule he wrote on the first page: say what it costs before you touch anything.
Phoenix summers are hard on air conditioners and harder on the people who have to wait for them to be fixed. Eloy saw that the worst part of a no-cooling call wasn't the heat, it was not knowing what it would cost.
His daughter Evelia grew up riding along on service calls. She runs the company now, with eight technicians, and the rule is still the first page of the notebook. It's why the service call is one flat fee and why 2 a.m. costs what 2 p.m. does.
If we can't tell you the price, we haven't finished diagnosing.
